| Prior to joining HealthSouth in 2008, Tammy was a 25-year veteran of Lourdes Health System. Tammy most recently served as a member of the system’s senior leadership team, where she was responsible for the administration of a 50-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit, a home care agency and clinical services at two acute care hospitals. She is an active member of the New Jersey Hospital Association Rehabilitation Advisory Committee and serves on the National Advisory Council for the Uniform Data System for Medical Rehabilitation. She is also a former surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. Tammy earned her Masters Degree from Temple University in Philadelphia. |
| Dr. Azad Bhatt | |

| Specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R), Dr. Bhatt most recently served as the Amputee and Orthotic Program Director at HealthSouth in Toms River. Dr. Bhatt is board-certified in family practice and PM&R. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, an associate of the American Board of Medical Acupuncture, and a diplomat of the American Board of Medical Psychotherapy. Dr. Bhatt was president of the medical staff at HealthSouth in Toms River from 2001 until 2003 and is a section chief in the Department of PM&R at Community Medical Center. He also is president of Toms River-based Atlantic PM&R Center, treating inpatient and outpatient musculoskeletal and neurological disorders, pain management, electromyography and acupuncture. |

| Lois has more than 28 years of clinical experience, including directing rehabilitation services and physical therapy programs in both acute and rehabilitation settings. She earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from King’s College, as well as a certificate of proficiency in physical therapy from the University of Pennsylvania. Lois also is certified in neuro-developmental treatment. She is licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and serves as a teaching assistant at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. |

| Leslie has more than a decade of experience in healthcare, including the areas of case management, discharge planning, medical sales and marketing, business development, and payer and physician relations. Leslie earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in social work from the University of Pittsburgh. |
| Dawn Pearson | |

| Dawn earned an associate’s degree in accounting and computing, as well as certification as a professional in human resources from the Human Resource Certification Institute. Dawn has more than 20 years of human resource experience in the healthcare industry. She has received several awards throughout her career in human resources. |
